For each room booked you receive a free bottle of fine wine from the hills of Verona. Your choice will fall on red wine "Le Pietre" or white wine "Folenda". The offer is valid only for reservations completed through the reservation system on our website.

Le Pietre

A fine red wine, produced from hillside vineyards characterised by dry rocky soil, conditions which make the Corvina and Cabernet grapes unique. In order to obtain an excellent wine the production quantity is kept under control, the grapes are picked at an advanced state of ripeness and the vinification process is monitored very carefully.

The complexity of the bouquet, slightly herbaceous with hints of dried juniper, makes the first pleasant impression, followed by perception of the perfect harmony of the full robust body. Due to the range of its bouquet, this wine is recommended as an accompaniment to dishes with white or black truffle or red meat roasted, grilled or cooked in sauce.

Excellent with hard cheeses which are not too piquant. Serve at room temperature in broad-rimmed crystal glasses.

Folenda

Folenda is the name given to the flint stone scattered around the region where the vines which produce this white wine grow. The grapes from which the wine derives are for the most part Trebbiano which flourishes in a unique climate: the morrainic hills to the south of Lake Garda.

The result is a rare and subtle mix of flavour and aroma in a wine which evokes the intense, captivating fragrance of exotic fruit such as banana and apricot. Its full body completes a harmonious balance.

Il Folenda is recommended as an accompaniment to starters, entrées and all forms of fish and shellfish dishes. It goes well with almost any full, light meal. It makes an excellent aperitif with savoury canapés and olives. Serve cool.
