Cancellation:

No fees charged for cancellation, if done up to 1 day before the date of the arrival.
If cancelled later or in case of no show an amount equal to the first night stay will be charged.

NO prepayment required, the payment will be done at your arrival.

To be valid the reservation must be confirmed by agriturismo Ca' La Pergola.

For Changes or specific needs please send us an email or call us. For the Payment we need to receive a copy of your id card or passport within 24 hour from the reservation.

 

Security:

The agriturismo will not be responsible for personal object left unattended in the privates as well as the common rooms. It will be our guests care to look after valuable personal objects.

We kindly ask to our guests not to ruin or lift any object in the rooms or in the common areas of the agriturismo.

Extras:

It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the common areas.
At the arrival every guest is require to give to our reception and id document or passport for the registration.

During daytime we ask our guests to inform us about the presence of relatives and friends.
During night time is strictly forbidden the presence of unregistered people in every area.

The access to the room and to the common areas is not allowed to unregistered people.

Your reservation must be always confirmed by agriturismo Ca' La Pergola.
